bulletAdjusting: Call Pick-up Groups, Network Access levels, Dterm key layouts, Telephone Name Changes, etc.
bulletUpgrading Message-on-Hold, to remove those annoying chimes
bulletStaff Training -- most system features go unused, as staff don't even know they exist
bulletSite Survey Reports to advise all current used & spare circuits, maximum capacity, redundant Telstra lines
bulletReprogramme PHS cordless handsets (no longer supported by NEC)
bulletReprogramme Kirk DECT or EnGenius cordless handsets

A Guide to Technical Charges

Service Call

Labour Rate per technician -- Installation & expansion

$180.00/hr + GST $90.00/hr + GST

Labour Rate per technician  -- Non-contract Maintenance

$180.00 + GST

$100.00 + GST

Travel Rate** (Outside Wagga Wagga, Albury, Cowra or Dubbo)

$1.50/klm return + GST  

 

Note: These are a general guide only. Some work may require a specialist from another Service Centre, so additional costs may apply in some cases.

Note: There may also be work which can be handled remotely, by modem access (if fitted), therefore Site Call-out charges can be avoided.

Note: Penalty rates apply for after-hours, weekends and public holidays.

Note: We are prepared to provide a quotation if you can supply a detailed specification.

Note: We are prepared to provide an estimate for any work if you only provide a basic scope of works.
